Good times to lose weight:

3 Before-after ovulation
The most effective times to lose weight by dieting are during the roughly two weeks of phases 2-3, i.e. the ovarian development and peri-ovulation times. After menstruation and before the next menstruation the body tends naturally to return its basic weight.
